Music is scored by Devi Sri Prasad, after initially Shruti Hassan and later Thaman were reported to be the music composer. It has been reported that Kamal Haasan and Trisha will be lending their voices for a specially arranged song.[4]It looks like Kamal Hassan will complete his present project Manmadhan Ambu much before the scheduled time. The actor has been punctually completing the shooting schedules on time. It’s worth mentioning that the entire star-casts rigorously underwent rehearsals at Kamal Hassan’s office much prior to commencing the shooting. The first schedule was successfully completed at Mediterranean Cruise in Venice a month ago. Now the entire crew has flown to Kodaikanal for the next schedule. Couple of songs were shot in studios of Chennai before the team took off to Kodaikanal.Former Indian Election Commissioner T.N. Sheshan’s grandson is performing an important role in this movie. Manmadhan Ambu is a full-fledged romantic comedy with Kamal Hassan handling story, screenplay and dialogues. K.S. Ravikumar is well known for his traits of picturing Kamal Hassan’s ideas exactly over the screens. This has been reason behind the success of duo Kamal Hassan-K.S. Ravikumar over the years.
Kamal Haasan is getting ready to take his fans to the early 1980s, a period in which he was the hot and happening romantic hero of Tamil film industry. The actor, who is busy shooting for his romantic comedy 'Manmadhan Ambu', directed by K S Ravikumar and produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin, in Paris, is planning to have a new look in the film.Or you can also call it as the old look; for all that the 'Ulaga Nayagan' aiming is to recreate the 'Vazhve Mayam' kind of look. "He has been working out in the gym regularly to get it," say sources.'Manmadhan Ambu', which also features Madhavan and Trisha, has script by Kamal himself. This is first time for Trisha to work with Kamal while Madhavan had earlier shared the screen space with the ace actor in the classic 'Anbe Sivam'.
As Kamal goes behind Trisha when she is engaged with a film shoot in a cruise and he befriends her. This makes Kamal’s pair Sangeetha worry about his partner. Finally Madhavan explains the whole trauma to Sangeetha and everything ends well. Looks like a interesting story is waiting to watch this Deepaval
